Mountains 2012

We went to the mountains in October with the family!

Mom and Dad found this cute little waterfall on the Blueridge Parkway

We stayed in Waynesville but drove to Maggie one day and played at this cute little playground!

Vacation work!

When we got back from our wonderful vacation the weather was gorgeous so we decided to work outside! Tommy cleaned the garage out and I was granted the pleasure of pressure washing our driveway and sidewalks!

The kids saw me doing this and decided they wanted to try...

After our day of cleaning I had forgotten to take something out for dinner, so we ran to Mexican and got this little photo op!

we went to Bottles and Brushes, Mommy and Me class.

we didn't think we were going to get in because we were eighth on the waiting list, but they called 45 minutes before the class started and we were able to make it!

they turned out really well! Jilliann did a great job at listening and only needed a little help! we had a blast and it was a great time for us to get to bond!

Quinn's Day

Quinn wanted to have a small bachelorette party where we dressed up as 80's neon, went to Myrtle Beach and did whatever we wanted (silly things)! 

we went shopping the day before and made sure we were going to be bright enough!

i went out of my comfort zone 150% but was sooo glad i did!

 our first stop was Dick's Last Resort! the whole point of this restaurant is for the wait staff to make fun of you. well..... when we walked in they were speechless! the only thing they could make fun of us for at first were our shoes! as the meal went on, they did get better! we had a blast there!

Yep we went to Build-a Bear! It was fun! Quinn wanted to get a litle dog for her nephew so we stood in line with 20 other small children and acted like children! it turned out sooo cute!

overall we just had a great day of WHATEVER! we shopped, played, and had a great time with each other!

Hollywood Studios OUR LAST DAY!

ok so our last day at Disney, we went to Hollywood Studios!

Mater and Lightning were there to greet us!

we had lunch with Disney Jr and some other friends.

this was the best lunch we had the whole time. it was laid back, the characters were there plenty long enough, the kids got to get up and dance, and even the food was good! it was a great way to end our day at Hollywood Studios.

Mom was a lifesaver! She took the kids to see Disney Jr. Live on Stage, so we could get some adult rides in. we did the tower of terror and aerosmith and they were a blast!

this picture CRACKS me up! tommy couldn't figure out why i was screaming! rollercoasters and i have a love hate relationship! i was shaking when i got off but wanted to go back!

we had the best vacation in a really long time! it was really nice having mom there with us to experience everything with the kids. we had 1 yes 1 meltdown and it was because kasey was bored standing in line! we can't wait to go back and do it all again!

we watched the electrical parade and the fireworks show, then decided to grap a cup of coffee and do a couple of rides. the coffee was terrible, but the view was great! we had no idea that they were doing a light show on the castle! it was a ton of fun to watch!

Magic Kingdom Day 2 Part 1

For our second day, we slept in and let everyone catch up (as much as you can for Disney!)

mom wanted to Jilliann go to the Bibbidy Bobbidy Boutique, but they didn't have any openings for us. so we did the next best thing! WE DID IT!

she learned from the day before, that you need to point your toe and hold your dress out!
